Exponential - The Retreat, April 2018
What does success mean to you? A high powered job? A loving family? A circle of close friends? Good health? Financial stability? Lots of foreign travel? No matter how successful you are and no matter what you have achieved so far in life, there is almost always a gap between where you find yourself now and where you would like to be. Perhaps the success you tried so hard to achieve doesn't feel as good as you thought it would or perhaps, despite all the hard work and sacrifices, your life hasn't turned out the way you want? The question you need to ask yourself is: what is holding you back from achieving the life you dream of? Or more precisely: who is holding you back? After all, there is only one person who is responsible for your successes and your failures, and that person is you.
We all hold self-limiting beliefs and behaviours that box us in and prevent us from unleashing our true potential. Unfortunately, most of us never realise that we are limiting ourselves or, if we do realise, we simply don't fully understand our ability to effect meaningful, long-lasting, positive change within ourselves. We often make excuses such as "that is just the way I am" or "that is the way things are". While it may be comforting to point the finger at your DNA or our life circumstances, studies have consistently shown that our DNA only accounts for up to 50% of the person we become. Our life circumstances, less than 10%. The behaviours we adopt (whether self-defeating or otherwise) matter just as much, if not more. There has never been a better time to invest in yourself to help you unleash your true potential.
Our Exponential programme has been developed to help people thrive. To unpick the self-limiting beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back from living the life you have always dreamed of or thought was beyond your reach. Founder of Wellbeing Republic, Nick Bloy, has been delivering this programme to corporates and received unprecedented feedback, such as: "our entire organisation needs to attend this"; "the whole world needs this" and "what you do is simply amazing". Nick is passionate about helping people unleash their true potential and as part of that commitment, we are looking to run our first Exponential retreat for individuals in April 2018, in Rock, Cornwall.
Thursday 19th to Monday 23rd April.
Five days and four nights for you to experience something truly transformational.
If you are looking for relaxation, this is unlikely to be the retreat for you. Most days will start at circa 07:00 with a morning run or walk and/or yoga, followed by breakfast from 09:00. The main workshops led by Nick himself will start at 10:00 most days and last up to three hours, before breaking for lunch. The afternoons will involve some free time for self-reflection and relaxation, but will also include group or 1-2-1 coaching sessions on most days. In addition, we are also looking to run a number of evening seminars, following dinner on several of the days that complement the Exponential programme.
We will be encouraging participants to retire to bed at circa 22:00 each night, ready for the next day. We will also be organising a 3-hour hike along the coastal path on one of the days to help with self-reflection.
