The
Restaurant at the St Enodoc Hotel is known for its high quality of
food and wine.
Our new Head Chef, Ian Carter, has recently
helped us gain our second AA Rosette. He is very enthusiastic
and understands the importance of fantastic local produce. As a result,
great emphasis is placed on the locally sourced seafood, meat, vegetables
and herbs that form the basis of the menus. Bread is baked daily and
the food is simple, fresh and appealing.
The wine list too, has been carefully selected to include a good range
of type and country of origin and even features a delicious Cornish
sparkling wine.
