News From the Kitchen... We are getting fantastic St Enodoc asparagus and great Cornish strawberries at the moment. Our oysters and mussels from Porthilly are looking and tasting excellent as well.
Peter Biggs my head chef and I have been working very hard with suppliers to come up with some fantastic dishes. Having a daily changing menu allows us to be so much more flexible and really let the produce shine.
